**JOB PURPOSE**

Overall responsibility of managing the HR and Admin.

Functions for Projects in UAE as an HR Business Partner of the Project Team.

**KEY RESULT AREAS/MAJOR ACTIVITIES**
- **Manpower Planning and Recruitment/Selection**:

- **Trade Licenses and relevant statutory compliances**:

- **HRIS/Time and Attendance/Compensation and Benefits and Employee Records**:

- **Learning & Development**:

- **Performance Management System (PMS)**:

- **Facilities Management and Administration**:

- **Staff Welfare**:

- **Employee separation and End of Service Benefits**:

- Coordinating with concerned HODs for maintaining periodic up to date Organizational Structures including summary of Position/Grade wise approved versus actual headcount.
- Assist in Job Analysis, Evaluation and Grading.
- Identification of vacancies and Recruitment planning in coordination with HRAD, HQO
- Ensure availability of Job Descriptions for unique positions and also periodically update the same in coordination with HODs.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
