Dubai, United Arab Emirates Base HR Consultantcy Full time

**Job Title**: HR Executive

**Location**: Dubai, UAE
**Salary**: AED 2,500/month (All-inclusive)
**Working Days**: Monday to Saturday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the recruitment process: job postings, screening CVs, scheduling interviews
- Prepare and maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee database
- Assist with payroll inputs and coordination with accounts
- Respond to employee queries related to HR policies, procedures, and benefits
- Support HR team in organizing training, events, and employee engagement activities
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR standards

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- Freshers are welcome; prior HR/admin experience is a plus
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
- Familiarity with UAE labor law is an advantage

**Working Hours**:

- **Monday to Saturday**:

- **9:00 AM - 6:00 PM**:
