**Business Development Executive [EXPERIENCED IN SECURITY COMPANIES IN DUBAI ONLY]**

We are looking for a resilient, empathic business development executive to contribute to the growth of our company. Business development executives will be responsible for finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase additional services, and remaining abreast of changes. You will also be required to build capacity in staff through regular training and mentorship.

**About the role;**
- Familiarizing yourself with all services offered by our company.
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.
- Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Suggesting upgrades or added services that may be of interest to clients.
- Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.
- Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.
- Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
- Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

**Qualifications;**
- Ideally a holder of bachelor degree in a related discipline (must be duly attested by MOFA and UAE Embassy)
- Ideally a holder of UAE driving license with no. 3

**Skills**
- Customer-focus with the ability to manage the requirements of the Department’s internal customers as well as its external clients
- Inclined end sales skills prospecting, target management & market awareness
- Microsoft proficient
- Good in communication (verbal and in writing)
- Keep problem solving skills to deal with day to day concerns
- Conflict management

**Experience;**
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Business Development Executive in security industry in Dubai
