**Job Title: Estimator**

**Location**: Doha Qatar and KSA Riyad

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary measurements.
- Interpret and analyze project plans, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost estimates.
- Calculate material quantities, labor, and other costs associated with curtain, blind, shade, and pergola installations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing.
- Prepare and present detailed cost estimates and proposals to clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
- Collaborate with sales and project management teams to ensure estimates align with project budgets and timelines.
- Monitor and update cost databases and estimating software to reflect current market prices.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and contracts.
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal teams regarding product options and installation methods.
- Stay current with industry trends, products, and pricing to provide the most up-to-date information to clients and the company.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as an Estimator in the window treatment and outdoor shading industry.
- Strong knowledge of products, materials, and installation techniques for curtains, blinds, shades, and pergolas.
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for site visits.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certification in construction estimating or related field.
- Experience with project management.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
