**IT functions**:

- Direct the event, implementation and administration of all IT.
- Perform Project management of IT initiatives.
- Guarantee timely and correct delivery of computer and related repairs.
- Oversee new system facilitation, current system enhancements.
- Outline and improve all system and network operations processes.
- Installation and configuration of SCCM, VMware and virtual servers.
- Application customization and VLAN configuration.
- Antivirus, printer, scanner and outlook support.
- Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources
- Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings.
- Maintain security all company IT assets.
- Troubleshoot all technology issues
- Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance.
- Provide network accounts and passwords as required
- Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal
- Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status

Fleet coordinator functions:

- Track fleet usage and maintain accurate inventory of equipment in the system.
- Monitor a preventative maintenance program to assure cost effective maintenance and a scheduled maintenance program to provide maintenance by manufacturers specifications. Responsible for keeping record of maintenance and repair of all vehicles and equipment assigned to various projects and Locations of the company.
- Maintains a complete inventory system through recording of all expenditures and income of each vehicle, maintenance equipment, fuel, repair parts, supplies, etc.
- Monitors user projects/locations by analysis of vehicle and equipment utilization and evaluation of equipment specifications.
- Maintains a mechanic training and certification program to provide needed technical skills for mechanics in repair of automobiles, heavy equipment and equipment as per the safety norms prevailing in the industry.
- Review of all Fleet Service’s employees such as Auto technicians, drivers, Operators and other staff members performance, Identify and provide required training, evaluates and discipline employees.
- Examines reports for accuracy on each vehicle and piece of equipment repaired; writes reports on vehicles and equipment repaired.
- Keeps accurate maintenance and repair records; performs preventive maintenance on all Project/ location wise vehicles/ heavy equipment/ Equipment; orders repair parts.
- Checks all repair work performed in shop for completeness.
- Issue Assets - Vehicle, Plant and Machinery as per policy and make contracts of issue as per Vehicle & Transport policy.
- Make Employee Vehicle contracts for employees who have been issued vehicles as per Vehicle & Transport policy.
- Prepare Purchase Request Forms / LPO for suppliers to regularize purchase process as per Procurement policy.
- Take necessary approval before purchasing of materials, spares etc as per as per Procurement policy.

**Qualification requirements**:

- Diploma in Automobile Engineering
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in similar role.
- Fluency in Spoken and written English, Hindi is mandatory.
- Microsoft Certified IT Professional - MCITP
- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer
