**About Us**

Peaches and Cream Beach Lounge is a vibrant and stylish beachfront destination known for top-tier service, fresh cuisine, and a relaxed atmosphere. We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Floor Supervisor** to lead our front-of-house team and ensure exceptional guest experiences.

**Job Overview**

The Floor Supervisor will oversee daily floor operations, manage staff, and ensure that guests receive outstanding service at all times. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high service standards, resolving issues efficiently, and supporting the management team in achieving operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate floor activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any complaints or concerns promptly.
- Oversee table settings, cleanliness, and readiness of the dining and lounge areas.
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift planning.
- Enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards consistently.
- Support inventory control and restocking as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain seamless service.
- Report to senior management with regular updates on floor performance and team needs.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within hospitality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- A good understanding of health and safety regulations.
- Experience with POS systems (**Tevalis experience is a plus**).
