We are looking for a **dedicated and experienced Floor Manager** to oversee our front-of-house operations, ensure top-notch customer service, and manage the daily flow of the lounge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service.
- Manage and train front-of-house staff to maintain high service standards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and handle any complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in compliance with company policies.
- Manage shift schedules, staff attendance, and inventory.
- Assist in events, promotions, and special lounge activities.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Floor Supervisor, Restaurant Supervisor, or similar role in hospitality or F&B.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexible with shifts, including weekends and late nights.
- Good knowledge of lounge operations and hygiene standards.
