**Key Responsibilities**:

- Sales Generation: Identify potential clients and proactively reach out to them to promote freight forwarding services. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new business and achieve sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their unique shipping requirements, provide expert advice on logistics solutions, and offer competitive pricing and value-added services.
- Business Development: Continuously research and identify market trends, industry developments, and potential growth opportunities. Analyze competition and develop strategies to differentiate your company's services.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients, showcasing the benefits and value of your company's freight forwarding services. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and negotiate contracts and pricing terms.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and finance to ensure smooth execution of shipments and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with colleagues to leverage cross-selling opportunities and optimize service delivery.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare regular sales reports, and provide management with insights on market trends, customer feedback, and sales performance. Forecast sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest trends, regulations, and developments in the freight forwarding and logistics industry. Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to expand your knowledge and network.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in freight forwarding sales or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping and logistics processes, including customs regulations, documentation requirements, and Incoterms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Strong sales and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver persuasive and compelling pitches to potential clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with market trends and industry developments in the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
- Willingness to travel as required to meet with clients or attend industry events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
