We are a leading Interior and Fit-Out company specializing in luxury turnkey solutions for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects across the UAE. We’re looking for a skilled and motivated **Interior Architect** to join our growing team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Independently manage high-end residential and commercial interior fit-out projects.
- Prepare technical drawings, material schedules, and detailed BOQs for joinery and fit-out works.
- Ensure all designs comply with UAE regulations, building codes, and standards.
- Coordinate closely with the production team and joinery workshop.
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and oversee design implementation.
- Review shop drawings and resolve technical issues.
- Source appropriate materials and hardware with suppliers.
- Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and techniques in joinery and interior fit-out.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and communicate updates effectively.
- Take complete ownership of assigned design projects and deadlines.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in an interior fit-out company.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or 3Ds Max is an advantage.
- Excellent technical drawing and detailing skills.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery processes, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with UAE authority standards (Dubai Municipality, Civil Defense, etc.).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
- Portfolio submission is mandatory.
