Architect Engineer (Interior Design Experience – UAE)

Position: Architect Engineer

Industry: Interior Design / Fit-Out

Location: UAE

Experience: 1–2 years UAE experience preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and prepare architectural drawings, interior layouts, floor plans, sections, and elevations as per project requirements.
  • Assist in concept development, space planning, and interior design proposals for residential and commercial projects.
  • Coordinate with the design team, engineers, site team, and subcontractors to ensure design accuracy and project alignment.
  • Prepare detailed fit-out drawings, joinery details, material specifications, and BOQs.
  • Conduct site visits to verify dimensions, monitor work progress, and ensure compliance with approved designs.
  • Support in 3D visualization, rendering, and presentation drawings (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit preferred).
  • Review and update drawings based on client comments, authority requirements, and site conditions.
  • Ensure all designs comply with UAE building codes, authority regulations, and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture / Architectural Engineering.
  • 1–2 years UAE experience in interior design, fit-out, or architectural drafting.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, or similar design tools.
  • Strong understanding of interior design concepts, materials, finishes, and fit-out processes.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple design tasks efficiently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 per month
