**Job Title**: AutoCAD Draftsman - Interiors

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Technical Drawings**: Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings for interior design projects, including layout plans, furniture arrangements, electrical and lighting plans, wall elevations, and material specifications.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and develop accurate technical drawings and plans.
- **Design Modification**: Modify existing drawings based on client feedback or changes to the design concept, ensuring the drawings are updated and consistent.
- **Code Compliance**: Ensure that all drawings adhere to building codes, industry standards, and regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and project notes.
- **Material Specification**: Assist in the selection and detailing of materials, finishes, and products within the AutoCAD drawings.
- **Site Visits**: Occasionally assist with site visits to collect measurements and ensure designs are executed as planned.
- **Quality Control**: Review and check designs and drawings for accuracy, completeness, and quality, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in interior design drafting or a similar role.
- **Software Proficiency**: Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD is a must; familiarity with other design software like SketchUp, Revit, or 3ds Max is a plus.
- **Knowledge**: Solid understanding of interior design principles, building codes, and construction techniques.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong ability to interpret design concepts and produce accurate technical drawings.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and contractors.
- **Time Management**: Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical skills to resolve design and drafting challenges.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
