- Coordinate sales documentation, such as proposals, contracts, and project timelines.
- Track and update sales pipeline activities and client interactions.
- Maintain client databases and ensure all relevant sales information is updated.
- Support the smooth transition of projects from the sales phase to execution.
- Track and monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved.
- Coordinate meetings between clients, internal teams, and vendors to ensure project milestones are understood and met.
- Help with scheduling, documentation, and tracking project timelines.
- Serve as the point of contact for clients during the sales and project phases.
- Address client inquiries, provide updates, and assist with any post-sale issues that arise.
- Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining clear and consistent communication.
- Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, schedules, invoices, and any other relevant records.
- Coordinate and prepare reports for the sales and project teams, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for active projects.
- Work closely with project managers, sales representatives, and the logistics team to ensure that all aspects of the project are running smoothly.
- Assist in budget management and procurement, ensuring costs are within project parameters.
- Oversee the handover process after project completion to ensure proper documentation and final payments.
- Address any post-project client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
