- **Sales Coordinator. (Female)**_
- **1.**_**Sales Support**_:_
- _Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for potential clients._
- _Coordinate with internal departments to gather relevant information for client requests._
- _Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and status updates._
- **2. Client Communication**:_
- _Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer service._
- _Schedule and organize meetings between clients and sales team members._
- _Follow up with clients to gather feedback and assess their satisfaction levels._
- **3. Administrative Tasks**:_
- _Manage and organize sales-related documentation, contracts, and agreements._
- _Assist in tracking sales orders, deliveries, and project timelines._
- _Prepare and distribute internal reports on sales performance and key metrics._
- **4. Coordination**_:_
- _Collaborate with the operations and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to project execution._
- _Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain pricing, availability, and other relevant information._
- **5. Relationship Building**:_
- _Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams._
- _Act as a bridge between clients and the sales team to ensure effective communication._
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:_
- _Bachelor’s degree in business._
- _Proven experience 2 to 3 years in a sales coordination or support role, preferably within the contracting, interior fit outs, or maintenance industry._
- _Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively._
- _Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal._
- _Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)_
- _Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation._
- _Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in fast-paced situations._
- _Customer-focused mindset with a dedication to delivering exceptional service._
- _Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required._
- **Experience: 2 to 3 years.**_
- **Language: English & Hindi.**_

**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
