We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie Healthy Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing nutritious, balanced, and high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent presentation and consistency. Key Responsibilities - Prepare and execute healthy menu items including salads, bowls, grilled proteins, and plant-based dishes. - Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards. - Manage your section efficiently during service. - Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness. - Control food waste and assist with stock management. - Support junior kitchen staff and promote teamwork.
