**Role Description**:
We are looking for a talented **Russian-speaking Demi-CDP/Chef de Partie** to join our team in Sobha Hartland, Dubai. This is a **full-time, on-site role (including weekend shifts)** for a skilled cook who can prepare high-quality dishes while ensuring consistency, efficiency, and adherence to our culinary standards. You will work closely with the kitchen team and assist the head chef in executing our menu while bringing creativity and passion to the role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Maintain high levels of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
- Ensure kitchen cleanliness, organization, and compliance with hygiene and safety regulations.
- Manage inventory, assist with ordering ingredients, and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team and communicate efficiently to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Adapt to a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluent in Russian and English.**:

- Previous experience as a **Demi-CDP/CDP** in a professional kitchen is a must (this is not an entry-level position).
- Diploma and/or certification
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and hygiene standards.
- Passion for high-quality ingredients and attention to presentation and taste.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
