We are looking for a passionate and skilled Chef de Partie – Healthy Cuisine to join our dynamic kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing nutritious, balanced, and high-quality dishes while maintaining excellent presentation and consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and execute healthy menu items including salads, bowls, grilled proteins, and plant-based dishes.
  • Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet brand standards.
  • Manage your section efficiently during service.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness.
  • Control food waste and assist with stock management.
  • Support junior kitchen staff and promote teamwork.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as CDP or strong Demi CDP in healthy or fresh food concepts
  • Good knowledge of nutrition-focused cooking techniques
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Strong attention to detail and consistency
  • Team-oriented with a positive attitude
