Role and Responsibilities - Implements strategic plan to pitch Main contractors, consultants, developers in construction industry to get project leads. - Establishes and maintains relationships with Construction industry influencers and key strategic partners. - Responsible to bring in new clients through B2B or B2C contracts. - Managing client meetings, negotiations and revision with client on the quotations/ contract signing. - Represents company at all client meetings to promote company brand and product. - Coordinates liaison between business development department and other related units. - Prepares periodic reports showing sales volume, potential sales, lead status and areas of proposed client base expansion.
