Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The role involves identifying and securing new business opportunities, developing lead generation strategies, managing client accounts, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in achieving revenue growth by promoting Gulf Environment's industrial waste disposal and recycling services to prospective clients. Responsibilities also include presenting customized solutions to meet the specific needs of clients and collaborating with internal teams to ensure service excellence. Qualifications - Proven experience in New Business Development and Lead Generation in Waste Management in UAE - Strong skills in Business and Account Management - Excellent verbal and written Communication skills - Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships - Strong knowledge of industrial waste management and recycling services - Ability to work effectively in an on-site environment - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred - Proficiency in using CRM software and tools is a plus
