About the Role:

We are a Childcare company providing home care services for families and looking for somebody to join our office team as Recruitment & Admin Assistant.

The responsibilities include:

1. Work alongside and assist the HR & Team Manager
2. Prepare offer letters and employment contracts for new staff
3. Manage and update staff records and leave trackers
4. Responsible for the staff uniform requirements
5. Handle staff transportation allowances and receipts
6. Support the hiring of our new staff (searching, vetting, and interviewing)
7. Place adverts online through various channels to receive applicants
8. Conduct phone interviews with prospective candidates
9. Liaise with candidates over the phone to arrange in-person interviews, references, and feedback
10. Communicate with clients for external nanny recruitment and share candidate profiles by email

Desired Candidate Profile:

About the candidate:

1. The candidate must have a background in Childcare and Office work
2. Excellent English for clients and Tagalog can be spoken with job seekers
3. Somebody who is friendly, flexible, competent and fast-working
