Job Description Key Responsibilities - Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding - Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws - Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures - Support performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles - Assist with employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace culture - Coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives - Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting - Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies Requirements - Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role - Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office / Google Workspace
