Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding Manage employee records and HR documentation in compliance with company policies and labor laws Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures Support performance management processes, including reviews and feedback cycles Assist with employee relations matters and promote a positive workplace culture Coordinate training, development, and engagement initiatives Support payroll, benefits administration, and HR reporting Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal HR policies Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum 5-8 years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment legislation Strong interpersonal and communication skills High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office / Google Workspace #J-18808-Ljbffr
