Description
* Work with leadership to define, prioritise, develop and monitor projects and programs
* Manage inter-dependencies and coordination across program work-streams
* Identify and manage potential risks and issues
* Lead the execution of PMO governance, reporting and reviewing framework
* Monitor Program Progress and ensure Program work-streams meet their goals and requirements
* Conduct weekly reporting meetings and monthly steering committees
* Assess and activate improvements of program and project management practice
* Oversee the work of project staff to ensure adherence to PMO guidelines

Requirements:
* 7+ years of experience in IT SW Development projects and programs management (PM/ PMO Role)

* Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
* Consulting experience with a focus on building successful project teams
