Job Description Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Business Development Manager to be based in Dubai. ***Please take the time to read the job description, you must meet all the criteria set out below for your application to be considered. If you are not contacted by us within that time, please consider your application unsuccessful on this occasion.*** Key aspects of the role include: - This is an individual contributor role responsible for driving new business opportunities and expanding the company's customer base. - Develops strategies for discovering and securing business opportunities. - Maintains good relationships with business partners/contacts and potential clients. - Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives. - Performs market research & analysis. - Being updated with trends, news, and events. To be successful you will need to meet the following: - Prior experience as a Nurse or Doctor is mandatory. - Minimum 3-5 years of business development experience within the Medical Devices industry. - Must have experience with Hemodynamic products. - Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 80%) - Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and planning skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
