About the Role
Vault is seeking a Client Support Officer, a results-driven and highly motivated individual ready to play a pivotal role in our client engagement process. This position centers around direct engagement with inbound leads who have shown an interest in Vault's offerings, effectively qualifying them, and then nurturing them for meetings with our in-house wealth advisors. Furthermore, the candidate will need to regularly follow up with the advisors to understand the status of qualified leads who have already been met with, in terms of conversion pipeline.
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of exceptional communication skills, an eagerness to absorb knowledge about wealth management, and a goal-oriented mindset. A key aspect of this role includes the ability to think creatively, offering innovative strategies to enhance qualified lead conversion rates into meetings with our advisors. This position requires a proactive and can-do attitude, often taking the initiative and working autonomously.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Engaging directly with inbound leads to understand their needs and gauge their interest in Vault's services.
- Qualifying leads with precision and arranging consultations between qualified leads and our wealth advisors.
- Nurturing qualified leads, eventually progressing them into advisory meetings.
- Regularly following up with advisors to understand the current status of the qualified leads that have already been met with, in terms of sales pipeline.
- Collaborating with the marketing and advisory teams to refine lead management strategies and boost conversion rates.
- Recording and managing lead data within our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up.
This Role Might Be a Perfect Fit If You:
- Excel in verbal and written communication, with a strong command of the English language, capable of engaging effectively with leads in a manner that builds trust and rapport. Proficiency in Arabic is a major plus.
- Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in a client facing role.
- Are genuinely interested in wealth management, motivated to understand the industry's nuances, Vault's position within it, and the challenges we aim to solve.
- Are driven by results, with a relentless focus on achieving and surpassing goals.
- Display a creative mindset, continuously seeking innovative approaches to enhance lead qualification and conversion processes.
