Strategic Client Growth Manager

The Strategic Client Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in Client of Talentmate, fostering strong relationships with our key clients and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and develop targeted strategies to drive growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client needs are met, and collaborate on initiatives to enhance client satisfaction.
- Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate contracts and agreements with key clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Performance Tracking: Forecast and track key account metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Innovation and Upselling: Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends.
- Crisis Resolution: Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise with key clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on key account status, analyzing performance and recommending improvements.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Key Accounts Manager or in a similar role, demonstrating success in building and maintaining strategic client relationships.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong understanding of customer relationship management and sales processes, excellent communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
