The Talent Acquisition Manager will spearhead Pay10's end-to-end recruitment strategy. This role is ideal for a high-impact talent leader with deep expertise in sourcing, assessing, and onboarding top-tier talent across diverse functions—Technology, Product, Compliance, Operations, Finance, and Commercial—particularly within regulated environments. The ideal candidate will bring a strategic mindset and operational excellence to scale our hiring practices in line with our aggressive growth roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design, drive, and continuously evolve Pay10's hiring strategy aligned with business goals.
2. Partner with C-level executives and functional heads to define current and future hiring needs.
3. Develop comprehensive workforce plans and hiring roadmaps with defined metrics, timelines, and accountability.

2. Talent Sourcing & Selection

1. Lead end-to-end recruitment across junior to leadership roles.
2. Implement effective sourcing strategies across job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting, employee referrals, and agency partnerships.
3. Build and maintain a strategic talent pipeline for fintech/payment-specific niche roles.
4. Drive consistent assessment standards to ensure quality of hire across all functions and markets.

3. Recruitment Operations & Governance

1. Standardize recruitment processes, documentation, and SLAs across business units.
2. Track, monitor, and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, and source effectiveness.
3. Manage Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and continuously improve system workflows and reporting capabilities.
4. Oversee recruitment vendors, background check partners, and talent acquisition-related contracts.

4. Employer Branding & Talent Marketing

1. Build and amplify Pay10's employer value proposition (EVP) across all channels and regions.
2. Collaborate with marketing and communications to run digital employer branding campaigns.
3. Represent Pay10 at industry events, university career fairs, and recruitment expos to attract top talent.
4. Develop candidate engagement strategies for passive talent and high-potential pools.

5. Onboarding & Internal Collaboration

1. Work closely with HR Operations and local HRBPs to ensure a smooth, timely, and compliant onboarding experience.
2. Align with HRBPs and hiring managers on offer finalization, compensation parity, and local compliance practices.
3. Ensure seamless communication with payroll, IT, and admin for Day 1 readiness of new hires.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. 7–10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the fintech, banking, or payments sector.
3. Proven track record in recruiting across both technical and non-technical roles.
4. Experience hiring in cross-border markets such as MENA, GCC, Asia, and Europe.
5. Solid understanding of UAE labor laws and international hiring frameworks.
6. Proficiency in ATS/HRMS platforms.
7. Strategic thinking with strong execution skills.
8. Strong cultural awareness and adaptability.
9. Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capabilities.
10. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
11. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and highly organized.
12. Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed environment.
