Strategic Account Manager

Some high-impact responsibilities you will be entrusted with:
1. Consistently achieve KPIs each quarter
2. Execute all phases of the account retention/renewal lifecycle
3. Develop and deliver world-class customer service on an ongoing basis
4. Educate and train existing and new potential customers on insurance products, mechanics, and regulatory requirements
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize efficiency to improve customer service
6. Efficiently manage day-to-day servicing and operations (policy renewals, endorsements, claims, pre-approvals, escalations... etc)
7. Onboard customers to the Bayzat platform, while also monitoring and driving utilization
8. Proactively build and maintain good working relationships with all key stakeholders (internal and external)
9. Effectively manage and develop your assigned Senior Strategic Account Manager
What you will need to have:
1. Over 3 years of experience in client retentions (at least 2 years of group health insurance experience is a must)
2. Relationship building with both internal and external stakeholders (C-suite, upper and mid-level executives)
3. Excellent verbal and written communication
4. Strategic and critical thinking
5. Commercial acumen and problem-solving
6. Obsessively organized and detail oriented (excellent at prioritization)
7. High level of emotional resilience and empathy
8. Technical Skills: Intermediate MS Office (Salesforce skills preferable)
