QUALITY ASSURANCE /TEST ANALYST role at Dicetek LLC Overview Job Purpose: To prepare and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases, collaborating closely with both the QA team and project teams. To maintain the quality and reliability of custom-built applications on the Oracle Fusion PaaS layer, starting with the Financials module and extending to HCM and Procurement. Additionally, to manage team reporting, provide technical guidance as needed, and contribute to all levels of testing to ensure high test effectiveness. Responsibilities - Test ERP solutions with focus on Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Procurement modules. - Test cloud-based applications. - Proficiently manage the Testing Life Cycle. - Develop test cases, test specifications, and test scenarios. - Develop and maintain test automation scripts for Oracle Fusion applications. - Aim for high test effectiveness, with a proficiency rate of 80% or higher. - Maintain high proficiency in bug tracking and reporting. - Apply project management methodologies to software projects. - Conduct SQERT-based project analysis. - Know processes and standards such as CMMI and ITIL. - Manage and guide teams. - Plan, schedule, and allocate work. Qualifications / Requirements - 8 Years’ Experience in the listed areas: testing ERP solutions (Oracle Fusion Financials, HCM, and Procurement), cloud-based applications, and related QA activities. - Proficiency in developing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts. - Strong experience in test automation for Oracle Fusion applications. - Solid bug tracking and reporting skills. - Familiarity with CMMI and ITIL processes and standards. - Ability to manage teams and coordinate testing efforts.
