Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Offshore Construction Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all marine and subsea construction activities for our offshore projects. This is a full‑time, permanent position. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement construction plans and schedules for offshore projects, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time. - Manage and lead a team of construction supervisors and engineers to ensure safe and efficient execution of construction activities. - Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure project requirements are met. - Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any potential issues and implementing corrective actions. - Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards. - Manage project budget and control costs to ensure project profitability. - Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are being met. - Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team as needed. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. - Participate in project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management on project status. Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 10 years of experience in offshore construction, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Strong knowledge of marine and subsea construction techniques and equipment. - Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations. - Excellent project management and leadership skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Willingness to travel and work offshore as needed. - Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
