Regional Business Development Manager- GCC

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

- Identify and acquire new customers in the Gulf region, focusing on KSA, UAE, and Bahrain.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Collaborate closely with the technical teams to ensure alignment in lead generation efforts and client needs.
- Leverage support from our online marketing initiatives to generate and nurture leads.
- Travel within the Gulf region to meet clients, present solutions, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Manage the sales pipeline effectively using a CRM tool and provide regular updates on progress and key sales metrics.
- Conduct product presentations and demos to showcase the value of IT Offshoring to prospective clients.

Required Skills:

- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
- Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Possess a substantial and relevant network in Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.
- Experience in the IT industry is advantageous.
- Candidates must hold Bahraini nationality.
- Must be currently situated in Bahrain.
