About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated Safety Engineer to oversee and maintain safe working conditions across our aluminium faade fabrication and installation projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with safety regulations, promote a strong safety culture, and prevent workplace incidents in both factory and site operations. Job Location : Musaffah, Abu Dhabi Job Type : Full-Time Salary : Based on experience and qualifications Key Responsibilities - Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and regulations at project sites. - Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards during faade installation, scaffolding, glazing, and lifting operations. - Identify unsafe acts and conditions, recommend corrective actions, and follow up until closure. - Conduct Toolbox Talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions. - Ensure proper use of PPE, safe access, and work-at-height compliance - Maintain accurate HSE statistics and prepare weekly/monthly safety reports. - Maintain safety reports, audit records, risk assessments, and emergency drills and ensure work-at-height compliance. What You'll Bring: - Degree in Engineering - At least 3-5 years experience in faade or construction safety. - Certified in NEBOSH / IOSH / OSHA (or equivalent). - Excellent communication, reporting, and leadership skills. - Skilled in conducting site inspections, audits, and safety investigations. - Ability to work in multicultural teams and under demanding project conditions.
