Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Senior Sales Engineer with a Mechanical or Electrical background and a minimum of four years of proven experience in the Fire & Safety industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing client relationships, preparing technical proposals, and ensuring successful execution of projects in line with company standards. Key Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities within the Fire & Safety sector, including fire alarm, firefighting, emergency lighting, and related systems Prepare and deliver technically sound proposals, quotations, and system design submissions in compliance with local authority requirements (Dubai Civil Defense, NFPA, etc.) Conduct site surveys, evaluate customer requirements, and recommend appropriate solutions Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client contact to project handover Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, facility management companies, and end users Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets with consistent follow-ups and strategic planning Coordinate with the engineering, operations, and finance teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely collections Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market pricing Represent the company in meetings, presentations, and business development events Ensure all documentation, submissions, and approvals are completed accurately and on time Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or related discipline) Minimum 4 years of sales experience in Fire & Safety companies within the UAE Strong technical knowledge of fire alarm, firefighting, emergency systems, pumps, and life-safety equipment Established network with consultants, contractors, and DCD-approved firms Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Valid UAE driving license Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and deliver under pressure Preferred Attributes Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market Strong problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach
