What you'll do - Partner with key stakeholders and customers across the organization to define the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. - Perform market analysis to assess market needs and availability of similar products while understanding everyone's needs. - Create and maintain the product roadmap and growth opportunities. - Plan and prioritize the product features backlog and support the cross-functional teams during the development stage to make sure all deadlines are met based on the product roadmap. - Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaborating the epics, features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. - Perform product backlog grooming with required stakeholders to ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. - Inspect and evaluate product progress and review each iteration outcome. - Ensure that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible. - Prepare mock, wireframe, and prototypes to facilitate better requirement gathering processes with clients and the product team. - Remove impediments and clarify the requirements to the development team to keep progress toward the sprint goal. - Participate in pre-sales demos and discussions to establish and document the client requirements. - Prepare and maintain product documentation. - Prepare training materials, user manuals and provide training to the product end users. - Work closely with Project Managers to maintain the product backlog for customer changes and new features related to each project. - Keeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends. - Participate in reviewing the product design with the UX team and provide potential improvements to ensure the user experience aligns with domain standards. - Play a main role between the architecture and SME team and the development team to prepare the functional design documentation, modeling, and workshops based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. The skills you'll need - 5-8 years of experience with similar recent equivalent experience - Minimum of bachelor’s degree - Certification in business analysis or agile product owner is highly desired - In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles - Experience with frameworks and processes related to digital product development - Experience in continuous ideation, product design, iterative development, deployment & adoption - Change-makers, problem solvers, questioners, and good facilitators - Solid organizational skills including being proactive, taking ownership, self-starter, attention to detail, and excellent product owner skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively - Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment - Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork - Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen - Experience in using agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus - Experience in working with ESP's Our Team Everything we do is for the good of others.
