What you'll do Partners with key stakeholders and customers across the organization to define the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization. Performs market analysis to assess market needs and availability of similar products while understanding everyone's needs Creates and maintains the product roadmap and growth opportunities Plan and prioritize the product features backlog and support the cross-functional teams during the development stage to make sure all deadlines are met based on the product roadmap. Provides backlog management, iteration planning, and elaborating the epics, features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria. Performs product backlog grooming with required stakeholders to ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. Inspect and evaluate product progress and review each iteration outcome Ensuring that goals, scope, and product domain are understood by everyone on the Scrum Team as well as possible. Prepares mock, wireframe, and prototypes to facilitate better requirement gathering processes with clients and the product team. Removing impediments and clarify the requirements to the development team to keep progress toward the sprint goal. Participates in the pre-sale's demos and discussions to establish and document the client requirements. Prepares and maintains the product documentations. Prepares training materials, user manuals and provide training to the product end users. Works closely with Project Managers to maintain the product backlog for the customer changes and new features related to each project. Keeps abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends Participates in reviewing the product design with the UX team and provide potential improvement whenever applicable to ensure the user experience is aligned with the domain standards. Plays a main role between the architecture and SME team and the development team to prepare the functional design documentation, modeling, and workshops based on an intimate knowledge of the users and technology. The skills you'll need 5-8 years of experience with similar recent equivalent experience Minimum of bachelor's degree Certification in business analysis or agile product owner is highly desired In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles Experience with frameworks and processes related to digital product development Experience in continuous ideation, product design, iterative development, deployment & adoption Change-makers, problem solvers, questioners, and good facilitators Solid organizational skills including, be proactive, take ownership, self-starter, give attention to details, and excellent product owner skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and promoting teamwork. Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen Experience in using agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira is a plus Experience in working inwith ESP's Our Team Everything we do is for the good of others.
