1. 8+ years of Salesforce consulting experience in Sales Cloud ecosystem, Marketing Cloud, or equivalent experience in Salesforce sales cloud development.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving abilities.
3. Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud is a MUST.
4. Knowledge of Lightning web component development and Lightning design development.
5. Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce pages.
6. Hands-on expertise in Marketing Cloud Journeys and Automation.
7. Knowledge of Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder.
8. Ability to communicate with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.
9. Good problem-solving skills and ability to give optimal solutions.
10. Hands-on experience in administration setup, e.g., managing users, security controls, and data, as well as creating roles, profiles, and reports.
11. Must have Certifications: ADM-201, Sales Cloud Consultant, PD1, PD2, Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
12. Any other Salesforce Certifications will be a value add.
