Job Responsibilities:
1. Meet and exceed sales targets
2. Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
3. Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
4. Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
5. Present, promote and sell products and services using solid arguments by contacting potential or existing customers to offer them our marketing campaign services (i.e. Bulk Promotional SMS, Transaction SMS, OTP SMS etc.) and establish first impression
6. Send profile and packages to the client by email
7. Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation
8. Achieve the target of sales by reaching 100 calls daily provided with the emails of the person-in-charge for each company we called. (He must make at least 2-3 interested clients daily which might get our services)
9. Follow up with each interested client to make sure they have received our services as they want & assist clients with their queries
10. Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and competitive activities
11. Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary
12. Train clients on utilization of our platform
13. Create and send professional emails
14. Maintain an updated database in sales database including all activities, partners, and opportunities with their status
15. Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships and feedback after sales
16. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
17. Prepare daily sales report & daily SMS report
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 2 years' quota carrying sales experience
2. Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
3. Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
Salary: Upto AED 5000 – All Inclusive
Working Days: Friday Off – Saturday – 9am to 1pm – Sunday to Thursday – 9am to 6pm
