Job Description Summary: ThePR Specialistwill be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all public relations, brand communications, and influencer activities. This role requires someone creative, social-media savvy, and deeply connected within the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle community in the UAE. Responsibilities: Public Relations & Brand Communications - Develop and execute the overall PR strategy for brand awareness and product launches. - Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, beauty editors, bloggers, journalists, and content creators. - Write and distribute press releases, media kits, event summaries, and brand stories. - Secure regular media coverage across print, online platforms, radio, and TV. - Manage brand messaging to ensure consistent tone, visual identity, and positioning. Influencer & KOL Management - Identify and collaborate with beauty influencers, makeup artists, lifestyle creators, and public figures (UAE/GCC). - Negotiate contracts, gifting strategies, campaigns, and partnerships. - Plan and manage influencer campaigns, content briefs, timelines, and performance tracking. - Build an influencer database and nurture long-term relationships. Event Coordination & Product Launches - Plan and execute beauty events, PR activations, product launches, masterclasses, and brand gatherings. - Coordinate venue, guest lists, media attendance, and event logistics. - Ensure branding and presentation align with company standards. Content & Social Media Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing and Creative teams on storytelling angles and campaign ideas. - Support in content creation for PR campaigns, talking points, interviews, and collaborations. - Monitor beauty trends, competitor activities, and viral moments to react quickly. Reporting & Analytics - Track PR performance, influencer ROI, media coverage, and campaign outcomes. - Prepare monthly PR reports and propose suggestions for improvement. - Monitor brand reputation and address any PR issues promptly. Requirements: - Proven experience (3+ years)in PR within thebeauty, cosmetics, or fashion industryin the UAE. - Strong network ofUAE beauty influencers, media, and beauty micro-creators. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English is a must; Arabic is an advantage). - Experience in planning and executing PR campaigns, media relations, and events. - Creative, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced startup environment. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Knowledge of makeup trends, beauty culture, and GCC consumer behavior.
