Our approach seamlessly blends cutting-edge technology with expert craftsmanship to deliver solutions that surpass expectations.Position OverviewWe are seeking a proactive and creative UAE National PR & Events Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing PR strategies, managing media relations, and coordinating company events to enhance our brand visibility and reputation in the market. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive PR strategies aligned with our business objectives Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets and key journalists Draft compelling press releases, articles, blogs, and marketing content Proactively pitch stories to media and secure positive coverage Plan, organize, and manage corporate events, product launches, and exhibitions Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities and results Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to ensure consistent messaging Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities Requirements UAE National with family book only Ability to be proactive and assertive in efforts to secure media coverage Fearlessness in phone pitching and constant engagement with media contacts Excellent writing skills - particularly for press releases, articles, blogs, and content marketing Superb communication skills with an outgoing personality and hunger to learn Strong understanding of what constitutes newsworthy content and ability to create compelling story angles Creativity in developing and executing media pitches Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages Experience & Education Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, Journalism, Media or related field 3-8 years' experience in PR, Media & Events Proven track record of successful media placements and event management What We Offer A competitive salary package Agile work environment with opportunity to build and own your role Professional growth and development opportunities Diverse colleague group representing 15+ nationalities Selection Process Initial screening call within 7 working days of application (if shortlisted) Virtual or in-person interview Position-specific assessment Job offer (if successful) If you're a UAE National with a passion for public relations and events management, we encourage you to apply and join our innovative team at Faham Group Faham Group is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace. #J-18808-Ljbffr
