We are seeking a qualified candidate for a Test Analyst position. Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree or Master’s Degree in Computer Science/ Engineering or other related degree Experience: Preferred - ISTQB certification Minimum Requirements: - 3+ years of relevant work experience - 3+ years of relevant work experience in Tosca and SAP - Knowledge of software testing using automation and manual testing methods, testing activities as part of software development lifecycle (SDLC) - Manage different artefacts such as Defect Tracker, Traceability Matrix, Test Reports etc. Preferred Requirements: - Testing experience of SAP systems - Knowledge of Tax domain Responsibilities: - Review, analyze and understand Business Requirement Document - Prepare Test Plan - Create Test Structure, Test Scenarios & Test Scripts - Perform Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, Integration Testing, Regression etc. - Update Test status & progress at End of the day - Create & Report bugs to the development team - Work closely with the development team in resolving bugs - Prepare Test data & conduct demo to UAT users - Conduct Beta testing - Support on Live incidents - Coordinate with FTA Business teams for taking their feedback on testing Competencies: - Expert: - Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking - Ease with Technology - Customer Centricity - Proficient: - People Development - Strategic Direction - Delegation - Decision Making - Planning and Organising - Negotiation and Conflict Resolution - Communicate Clearly and Effectively - Teamwork and Creativity and Innovation Specialised Competencies: - Expert: - Quality Assurance - Software Testing - Proficient: - Manual and Automation Testing - Create and Review Test Strategy and Scenario - Create and Review Test Cases - Manage Testing Artefacts (Bug Tracker, Traceability Matrix, Test Reports etc.) - Software Testing Methods and Tools - Basic: - Software Development Lifecycle - Release Management - Technical Tax (Excise) and Technical Tax (VAT) Seniority level Not Applicable Employment type Contract Job function Quality Assurance Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
