Assisting Head of Credit Administration and Control in the day to day activities and management of the department in its documentation and control functions.
Functional Role:
Operational Responsibilities

1. Preparation of facility and security documents for corporate / SME facilities (conventional and Islamic).
2. Vetting of facility and security documents for corporate / SME facilities (conventional and Islamic).
3. Liaising with the legal department for the checking of source documents of corporate / SME borrowers and for the preparation of non-standard documents and securities (conventional / Islamic).
4. Feeding of securities / authorization of registration of securities in the register for movable securities (EMCR).
5. Feeding of limits / maintenance of limits in the system.
6. Feeding of collaterals / maintenance of collaterals in the system.
7. Issuance of disbursement instructions to Operations Department for loans and revolving facilities.
8. Safekeeping of collaterals documentation.
9. Updating the Deferral sheet / Exception sheet / Expired documents sheet.
10. Issuance of monthly reports by Credit Administration and Control.
11. Follow up of expired documents.
