Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Specialist in Real Estate based in Dubai. The role involves working with clients to buy, sell, or rent properties while providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include generating and following up on leads, presenting real estate options to clients, negotiating contracts, and maintaining a detailed knowledge of the real estate market. The Sales Specialist will also collaborate with internal teams for continuous professional growth and success. Qualifications - Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and build relationships. - Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed targets. - Experience in Training and mentoring new team members is a plus. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market is highly advantageous. - Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial. - Relevant certifications or licenses in real estate are preferred.
