With decades of leadership experience, they specialize in bespoke investment solutions for High Net Worth Individuals (HNI) and Priority clients. The company fosters a culture of innovation, learning, and strategic growth. As Head of Business (MENA), you will lead the regional sales strategy across the Middle East and Africa, focusing on HNI and Priority client segments. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a comprehensive business and sales strategy - Building and maintaining a robust pipeline of HNI/Priority clients - Recruiting, mentoring, and managing a high-performing sales team - Analyzing market trends and competitor strategies to inform business decisions - Collaborating with product and marketing teams to align offerings with client needs - Utilizing CRM tools and analytics to monitor performance and guide strategy - Strengthening brand presence and driving market expansion - Ensuring compliance with regional regulations and mitigating business risks The successful applicant will have the following: - 15+ years of experience in sales, including 5+ years in a leadership role - A strong background in fintech, wealth management, or financial services - Deep understanding of the HNI/Priority market in the Middle East and Africa - A well-established network within the HNI/Private Banking ecosystem in Dubai and MENA - Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in CRM and sales enablement tools, with an analytical mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
