About the Role:

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in the pre-sales process, working closely with prospective customers to understand their needs and demonstrate the value of our clients platform. You will engage with stakeholders across various industries, delivering tailored presentations and solutions that showcase the platforms capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead technical sales discussions, building trust and credibility with potential customers.
- Understand customer challenges and support the sales team in qualifying opportunities.
- Deliver engaging product demonstrations customized to different audience levels.
- Develop and execute Proof of Concepts (POCs) and success criteria documents.
- Own the technical response for RFIs/RFPs in collaboration with bid management.
- Stay informed on industry trends, AI advancements, and CLM solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success.
- Support business development initiatives within target accounts.

What You Need to Succeed:

- 3+ years of experience in a pre-sales or sales engineering role within SaaS.
- Arabic speaker is preferred with excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or enterprise software solutions is preferred.
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders and technical teams.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as required.
