Job Description

Customer Service & Communication:

- Engage with clients through various channels (phone, email, live chat) to answer inquiries, provide property information, and address concerns.

- Follow established communication scripts when handling inquiries related to different projects.

- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in products and services.

Sales Support:

- Assist the sales team by processing orders, tracking deals, and following up with clients as needed.

- Issue resolution and address client concerns related to their real estate transactions.

- Provide sales support through data analysis and reports generated from Zoho CRM.

CRM Management:

- Manage a large volume of inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally.

- Utilize Zoho CRM to create and manage client contacts, deals, and track interactions.

- Import data into the CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.

- Conduct daily check-ins with clients to provide updates and maintain communication.

- Follow up with internal agents to ensure they update Zoho CRM with the latest client information.

- Assist with agent attendance tracking (may vary depending on company structure).

Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or lead management role, preferably in real estate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of inquiries and tasks effectively.

Strong organizational skills and a meticulous attention to detail.

Proficiency in Zoho CRM or other relevant CRM software.

Experience in customer service or a related field (preferred).

Basic understanding of the real estate industry (a plus).

Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with the sales team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
