Qualifications:

  • 35 years ofexperience in hotel reservations or related field with previoussupervisory experience preferred
  • Bachelorsdegree in Hospitality Management Tourism or related fieldpreferred
  • Proficiency in reservation managementsystems and customer relationship management (CRM)software
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft OfficeSuite particularly Excel
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interacteffectively with clients and teammembers
  • Proven leadership abilities andexperience in team management
  • Strongproblemsolving skills and attention todetail
  • Indepth knowledge of hospitalityindustry standards and practices
  • Experiencewith group booking processes and contractnegotiations
  • Ability to work in a fastpacedenvironment and handle multiplepriorities
  • Industry certifications such asCertified Hospitality Supervisor are aplus
  • Fluency in English required; additionallanguages are anadvantage
