The firm works across visit visas, employment visas, investor and partner visas, family visas, Emirates ID processing, and corporate compliance. The company also supports company formation, trade license issuance, renewals, amendments, and coordination with UAE government authorities. Accuracy, transparency, and full compliance with UAE laws are core to how the company operates. Role Overview The Business Development Executive is responsible for handling inbound leads generated through marketing channels and converting those leads into active clients. This role is client facing and advisory in nature. The individual must understand UAE visa and business setup processes well enough to explain services, timelines, requirements, and costs clearly to prospective clients. The role focuses on consultation, qualification, and conversion. Execution of government processes is handled by the Government Relations Manager after client onboarding. Key Responsibilities Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online inquiries generated through marketing campaigns Respond to client inquiries related to UAE visas, business setup, licensing, and compliance services Understand client requirements and recommend suitable visa or business setup solutions Explain processes, documentation requirements, timelines, and pricing clearly and accurately Qualify leads based on eligibility, seriousness, and service scope Convert qualified leads into paying clients through professional consultation Prepare and share service proposals, quotations, and scope explanations Coordinate client onboarding and handover files to the Government Relations Manager after payment Maintain accurate records of leads, follow ups, conversions, and client communications Follow up with prospective clients professionally to maximize conversion rates Ensure all information shared with clients aligns with current UAE regulations and company policies Maintain professional conduct and protect the company's reputation at all times Coordination and Internal Communication Work closely with the Government Relations Manager to ensure accurate service commitments Coordinate with operations and administration teams during client onboarding Communicate client expectations, timelines, and special requirements clearly internally Escalate complex or sensitive cases to management when required Compliance and Professional Standards Do not provide informal assurances or unverified information to clients Ensure that only compliant, lawful services are offered Maintain confidentiality of all client information and documentation Represent the company accurately and professionally in all communications Required Experience and Skills 2 to 5 years of experience in UAE business setup, visa consultancy, PRO services, or professional services sales Strong practical understanding of UAE visa categories and company formation processes Ability to explain technical processes in a clear and client friendly manner Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound leads and follow ups Organized, detail oriented, and disciplined in maintaining records Professional demeanor with strong client handling skills Education Bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory with relevant UAE experience Seniority Level Mid level professional role Junior level candidates may be considered with strong learning ability and communication skills Performance Expectations Consistent lead response and follow up discipline High accuracy in information shared with clients Strong conversion rates from qualified leads Professional coordination with internal teams Compliance with company procedures and UAE regulations Professional Conduct Notice This role requires honesty, accuracy, and discipline.
