Title: Event Manager
Location: Dubai
We are seeking an experienced Event Manager to lead our clients both digital and physical events and elevate our brand presence. The Event Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing a variety of events including product launches, conferences, webinars, trade shows, and internal company gatherings.
Key Responsibilities
As one of the first cohort marketing members in the company, the Event Manager will have to ensure alignment with strategic goals and vision while contributing to shape the team culture and foster innovation from day one.
Event Planning: Develop and manage both physical and digital event concepts, including goals, themes, and strategies to meet company objectives. Create detailed event plans and timelines.
Coordination and Execution: Oversee all aspects of event execution, including logistics, vendor management, and on-site coordination. Ensure events run smoothly and meet the highest standards.
Budget Management: Develop and manage event budgets. Negotiate and organize with vendors and suppliers to secure favourable terms and keep costs within budget.
Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team and agency to promote events through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and content creation. Ensure brand consistency in all event materials.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and external partners. Work closely with internal teams to align event objectives with company goals.
Post-Event Analysis: Evaluate the success of events through metrics and feedback. Prepare post-event reports and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 4 years experience in Event Management or relevant role, with a significant portion within the tech industry. Preferred with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns and driving measurable results.
Education: Preferred bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
