Job Description Role Purpose Manage the day-to-day execution of trade promotion activities. Support the Department Head in promoting ATFP's visibility and impact across the Arab region, ensuring alignment with the institution's mandate, operational standards, and strategic objectives. Job Specific Accountabilities Coordinate trade promotion activities, including organizing buyer-seller meetings, trade missions, and regional forums. Support the development and execution of capacity-building and technical assistance programs in partnership with DFIs. Liaise with the Marketing/Corporate Communications team to contribute to the dissemination of trade promotion activities, success stories, and thought leadership content. Partner with DFIs to design and deliver capacity-building and technical training programs for Arab exporters. Work with AMF Training Academy to deliver strategic capacity building programs Develop Calendar of promotional events to meet the strategic objectives of the Promotion and Outreach program General Accountabilities Support the Department Head in achieving department's Promotion and Outreach goals and KPIs. Contribute to building a client-focused and high-performance culture within the Business Development & Client Relationships Department. Promote continuous improvement in partnership management and trade promotion practices. Policies, Processes, and Procedures Trade Promotion Policy Guidelines on identifying, prioritizing, and executing promotion activities. Information Dissemination Policy Standards for accuracy, branding, and messaging. Stakeholder Engagement Policy Rules for engaging with DFs, partners, and regional forums. General Accountabilities Support the Department Head in achieving Promotion and Outreach goals and KPIs. Contribute to building a client-focused and high-performance culture within the Business Development & Client Relationships Department. Promote continuous improvement in partnership management and trade promotion practices. Qualifications, Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, International Trade, or a related field. 10+ years of experience in business development, trade finance, or client relationship management, preferably with exposure to DFIs, EXIM banks, and trade finance institutions. Strong understanding of trade finance products and transaction structuring. Experience coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., credit, risk, legal) to execute transactions. Fluent in Arabic and English. Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and organizational skills.
