Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Section based in Abu Dhabi. The Head of Section will oversee the strategic and operational activities within the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values. Responsibilities include leading team members, enhancing processes, implementing innovative solutions, evaluating team performance, and ensuring compliance with legal and organizational standards. Interaction and coordination with stakeholders will also be essential to maintain a transparent and effective judicial system.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership and management skills, including team collaboration, project management, and performance evaluation
  • An in-depth understanding of judicial systems, laws, compliance standards, and organizational governance
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Commitment to excellence, transparency, and accountability in all operations
  • Professional experience in leading judicial or legal departments; familiarity with the judicial context in Abu Dhabi or the region is an advantage
  • Relevant academic qualifications, such as a degree in Law, Public Administration, or a related field
