On behalf of our client a regulated brokerage we are seeking an experienced Head of MENA to lead the companys expansion across Middle East. Dubai. With a strong global presence we are looking to expand into the MENA region to spearhead our regional strategy regulatory setup and market growth. Location: Remote Working arrangement Flexible location (regional presence preferred). Full-time role with frequent travel across MENA. Responsibilities Lead the setup and licensing of the companys operations in Dubai in compliance with local financial regulations. Define and execute the regional strategy for market entry business development and long-term expansion. Identify and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders institutions and regulators in the MENA region. Drive business development initiatives focusing on client acquisition onboarding and retention. Recruit mentor and manage a local team to support operations and growth in the region. Monitor market trends competition and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Act as the primary representative of the company in the MENA region ensuring strong visibility and brand positioning. Collaborate with global leadership teams to align regional strategies with the overall company vision. Requirements Proven track record in establishing and managing financial services entities in Dubai or wider MENA region (experience in Forex and/or Equities is highly preferred). Strong background in business development sales and market expansion within financial services. In-depth knowledge of regulatory frameworks in Dubai (DFSA ADGM SCA or similar). Extensive network of industry contacts across MENA. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage teams remotely. Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
